I’ve chosen this slide because of its subtle use of shadows and hard edge lines. I feel this slide best relates to my environment in that it uses colours which arn't to dissimilar to each other (or along the same tone) and with the use of shadows, forces a contrast between them, creating a space which in turn can be easily distinguished by the eye.

Another aspect of the pictures and how I feel they relate to my work is that the straight lines interlock with each other, giving it a bridging quality. The shadows within my environment are hard, which is similar to the use of the shadows in the second picture.
